Rules and Conditions – Desert Force Paintball
Every game has rules and to ensure that everybody who visits Desert Force Paintball enjoys their time with us, the following rules and conditions apply:
1. Everyone who wants to participate in the game, needs to sign an indemnity form (under 18’s, need to be signed by the parent/legal guardian), stating the following:
“I am completely aware of all the risks involved and that there is the possibility of additional risk if the paintball equipment does not function properly.
I indemnify the owner(s) of Desert Force Paintball, the range master and the land owner from any and all claims, notions, suits procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including lawyer’s fees arising out of, connected with or resulting from playing the game, and my use of the equipment. Including without limitation the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, uses and operation of the equipment for its intended use or otherwise not intended use.
I undertake to always play the paintball game only in accordance with the safety rules and suggestions presented to me. I understand and accept that intense physical and mental exertion may occur during the course of the game and therefore I further warrant that I have no medical or mental condition or complaints that in any way may endanger myself or other players during or after participation in the game.”
2. No masks – No play! If under any circumstance the mask is removed from the face while the game is played, that player will be given a warning, and when it happens the 2nd time, the player will be asked to leave the field and will not be allowed to play again that day.
3. No person under the influence of alcohol will be allowed to participate.
4. No firing or releasing of the safety mechanism of the paintball marker (gun) is allowed outside the designated areas.
5. Rented Guns and masks are to remain in the allocated cages as a safety precaution.
6. Please book your game to avoid disappointment.
7. Confirmation of bookings for groups bigger than 10, should reach us not later than 3 (three) days in advance prior to your function date.
8. Prices subject to change without any prior notice.
9. Own equipment/paintballs are subject to inspection.
10. Please contact the owner if you did not enjoy your game, or if anything else occurred during your visit to Desert Force Paintball.
